Handmade slowly, with care - each piece from Cheyenne Autumn Jewelry is unique, and these policies help keep things clear and fair - for us both!
Orders:
Before you checkout, please double-check that your size, shipping address and contact email are correct. Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email provided!
If you accidentally entered incorrect information, email me as soon as possible at CheyenneAutumnJewelry@gmail.com - I will do my best to fix it before your order ships!
Shipping and Delivery:
All order ships through trusted carriers and include tracking. Once your package is scanned by the postal carrier, it becomes their responsibility. Cheyenne Autumn Jewelry cannot be held liable for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after shipment.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it remains missing, you may file a "missing mail claim" with the carrier directly.
International orders: Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. Please check your local postal regulations prior to purchase.
Handmade Nature and Variations:
Every piece is individually handmade, not factory produced - slight variations in texture, color, or shape are completely normal and part of what makes each item special.
Materials such as vintage china, sea glass, opals and reclaimed sterling silver each have their own character and imperfections. These are not considered defects, but a reflection of the handmade process and the story of the materials themselves.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs:
Because each item is handcrafted and often often one-of-a-kind, I do not offer returns, Exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind or sizing errors.
If your piece arrives damaged due to a craftsmanship issue (not shipping or misuse), please contact me within 14 days of delivery at CheyenneAutumnJewelry@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. If the damage qualifies, I'm happy to offer a repair or partial refund at my discretion.
Cheyenne Autumn Jewelry is not responsible for normal wear and tear, oxidation, or damage resulting from improper care, cleaning or storage.
Responsibility & Liability:
By purchasing Cheyenne Autumn Jewelry, you acknowledge that each piece is handmade and may vary from product photos. Cheyenne Autumn Jewelry is not liable for:
- Injury or allergic reaction due to metal sensitivities
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
- Postal service errors or delays
- Normal aging and tarnishing of materials
