Restocks

Q: When is the next restock? New jewels will be available August 16 at 11am PST!

Q: Why is everything marked as "sold out" ahead of the restock going live? I temporarily mark all jewels as "sold out" to allow time for you to browse and preview all pieces at your leisure. This way, when the restock goes live, you can shop without feeling rushed. 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How do I track my order? You will receive a link with the tracking information once your order ships out. For any questions or further information, email me!

Q: How long will shipping take? Processing can take 1-14 days and shipping time itself varies, although, is highly dependent on location - domestic orders can take as long as a week to arrive or as soon as 2 days! Custom and made-to-order pieces, can take up to 4 weeks to be handcrafted and shipped! If you have any concerns, reach out to me!

Q: What is upcycled pottery? Upcycled pottery is created by repurposing old or broken ceramic pieces that I thrift or get gifted! This practice not only reduces waste but also adds a unique touch to each piece, making it a beautiful blend of art and sustainability.

Q: What is sea glass? Sea glass is broken shards of glass that is tumbled by the ocean and overtime, is worn down, both physically and chemically, to give the rounded smooth piece, it's "frosted" look! 

Q: How do I care for my jewelry? Avoid contact with water, chemicals, sweat, etc. and store in a dry place! More information is under the "Jewelry Care + Info"! All orders come with a complimentary polishing cloth - which I suggest a thorough rub-down weekly for your pieces!
